Modifying Form Fields & Custom Fields

Instructions on updating and modifying the Quote Form Fields you have, and how to add more if you are on a Black Belt Plan or higher.

In order to modify your current form fields or create new ones, you will need to navigate to the Settings > Form in the left-hand navigation menu.

Creating a Custom Field*

To create a Custom Field, click the Add Field button at the top-right of the Fields section of Form Settings

Rearranging Field order of appearance

To re-arrange your Fields, simply click and drag the = symbol on the left side of the field in the Fields section of Form Settings

Renaming Fields*

  1. Click the pencil icon to the right of the field.

  2. Edit the title in the pop-up dialog.

Requiring or Hiding Fields*

  1. Click the pencil icon to the right of the field.

  2. Check or uncheck either the Required checkbox or the Hidden checkbox

Changing Input Type*

  1. Click the pencil icon to the right of the field.

  2. From the drop down menu labelled Field Type, select the desired type

Advanced Field Types*

Beyond the default Text, Address, Phone, Email, and Multi-Line Text Field types, we offer a few other useful Field types:

  • Multiple Choice - a single-response drop-down form to select either zero options or one option from a prescribed set.

  • Checkbox - a multiple-response form to select any number of options from a prescribed set.

  • Radio - a single-response bubble-style form to select one option from a prescribed set.

  • Header - a text header that defines a section in the Quote form.

  • Divider - a horizontal line divider that divides two sections in the Quote form.
