Setting up email notifications

Setting up your store email notifications:

Go to Settings > General

Notification Events

Quote received - Uncheck the box if you are NOT wanting to receive an email notification when a quote request has been sent from your website.
Quotes converted to Order - Uncheck the box if you are NOT wanting to receive a email notification when a quote in converted to a order. 

Store Notification Email

Add notification email - add as many emails as you like to receive notifications. These notifications are for quotes received & quotes converted to orders.

Quote BCC Emails

Add BCC Email - a copy of every quote sent will also be delivered to these emails. 

User/Sales Rep Email Notifications:

You can edit these notification emails in your user profile. Each rep has their own user profile and must toggle these settings off and on as need be.

Navigate to Settings > Profile and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page

Quote Assigned to you:

A user will get an email when a quote is assigned to them

Quote Converted to order:

An email is sent to the rep when a quote assigned to them becomes an order.

Quote could not load for user:

An email is sent to notify the rep that the user could not load the quote in their cart.

****New quote notifications will be sent to the email(s) provided in the general email settings, they are not automatically sent to each user. A User/Sales Rep is not notified until they are assigned to a quote, or they are in this list of emails being notified. Go to Settings > General to add or remove emails notified of new quotes.
